What would you like your character's tag to be?: Weyoun
Answer the following questions in no less than 300 words but no greater than 1000 words put together...
Character's background (their past and present): Weyoun @ Memory Alpha
Character's personality: Weyoun was created to be one of the best diplomats in the Dominion, and one of the Founders’ most loyal subjects. Like all Vorta, Weyoun is shown as calm, collected… a natural born leader and diplomat. The Vorta are the voice of the Founders, serving many high-ranking roles within the Dominion, with Weyoun being one of the most trusted.
As such, Weyoun is shown as self-confident in his abilities, but rarely shows arrogance, even when facing his enemies. He has little patience for inefficiency, and is incredibly adept at making decisions that benefit the Dominion. A key example being the non-aggression pacts made by the Romulan Star Empire and the planet Bajor, both spearheaded by Weyoun, himself, and allowing the Dominion to gain a foothold in the Alpha Quadrant.
He is trusted by the Founders enough to be able to operate alone, with little supervision, and is the Vorta in charge of supervising the Dominion’s interests in the Cardassian Union and the Breen Federation, as well as the diplomatic envoy to the United Federation of Planets.
Weyoun is amicable, showing an open personality, oftentimes seeming to prefer negotiations rather than fighting. This is the Dominion’s preferred method of securing it’s “member” worlds, as it leaves most of them intact for the Dominion’s needs. Weyoun uses a pleasant personality to try and win people over to his terms.
This doesn’t mean to say that he is unable to resort to violence. He may not act openly hostile, but Weyoun is not above using force in order to secure his goals. He is an excellent military tactician, knowing how and when to strike, using the vast power of the Jem’Hadar soldiers under his command to overwhelm the enemy. The combined tactical prowess of Weyoun and Gul Dukat, later Legate Damar, helped secure the Dominion into a dominant place in the Alpha Quadrant, whilst, all the while, Weyoun acted as if they had brought this on themselves for not surrendering peacefully to the Dominion.
Weyoun, like all Vorta, is genetically programmed to view the Founders as gods. His belief is absolute, and nothing will change that about him. Even if he were to defect, he still considers the Founders to be almighty, as shown with the “defective” Weyoun 6.
All Vorta are clones, Weyoun on his eighth iteration, and seemingly retains all the memories from any previous incarnations.
Weyoun is intelligent, ruthless and serves the Dominion wholly. He maintains an amicable personality on the exterior, but he is definitely not someone to be taken lightly.
Character's skills/abilities/powers: Increased sense of hearing, Expert diplomat, Immune to most poisons.

Why do you want to play this character in Ten Forward, and what do you plan to do with them? It would be good to play Weyoun out of his depth. In this setting, he has no contact with the Dominion or the Founders, due to the Bajoran Wormhole having not been discovered, and little, to no, chance of returning to them. This isn’t to say he won’t try, of course.
